TDK AUTOFILTER: FOR TRUCKS AND COMMERCIAL TRANSPORT

The Department of Factory Car Filters (OSAF) TDK has been producing filters for Russian and foreign made vehicles since 2008. The company presents a wide range of qualitative filters for Korean, Japanese, Chinese, European, American and Russian vehicles. OSAF TDK AUTOFILTER will present automotive cabin and air filters of new generation EKO|BIO TDK produced by TDK. The filters are intended for KAMAZ, SCANIA, IVECO, RENAULT, VOLVO, MAN, DAF, FIAT, PEUGEOT, CITROEN, GAZ, MERCEDES-BENZ and other brands.

The plant was the first in Russia to start production range of air filters series EKO|BIO TDK (Environmental filters), previously applied by the factories of TOYOTA and MITSUBISHI. This year the company celebrates its tenth anniversary.
Not less than for a passenger car a cabin filter is required for freight and commercial transport. The filter in the cabin of a freight vehicle implements the same basic function care for the health of the driver and his passengers, preventing the penetration of dust and other harmful minerals and particles inside the cabin.
EKO|BIO TDK series air filters:
- do not have unnecessary components such as metal, plastic, plastic, polyurethane, glue, paper, chemical impregnation. It has no oxidation, evaporation, corrosion and no emissions; two-layer material provides dual filtering increasing:
1. coarse filtration
2. filtration at the micro level (maximum filtration coefficient) - all filter are100% filter element; resists moisture, unlike paper filters, the filter property which is lost immediately when moistened filter parts;
3. increased air permeability eliminates air starvation of the engine (improves stability, increases service life, reduces fuel consumption);
- do not undergo deformation in the operating mode, which eliminates the occurrence of cracks in the air intake, preventing foreign particles from entering the engine;
The main advantages of the EKO|BIO TDK filter are its increased filtration due to the increase in the area of the filter element, i.e. the entire filter is a filter element and that it is created from one component a special filter fiber (coarse filtration, fine filtration, microfiltration), specially developed for air automotive filters.
